• Terms of Payment

  Make check or Money Order payable to Tiada Jewelry

  Payment method: Visa/MasterCard, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check (hold 10 days-clearing), or though online services such as:

   

• Return Checks

  $25.00 service fee

• Shipping and Handling

  We will ship your order promptly.  Please allow one week for standard delivery (Visa/MasterCard, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Online Services); two to three weeks when payment is by personal check, after confirmation order and after receipt of payment.  If your entire order is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified by email or by phone.  Shipping and handling is charged up front for the entire order. Tiada Jewelry reserves the right to charge $1.50 handling fee for each order which is included in the shipping & handling charges. Merchandise charges will only be made on your credit card when the merchandise is shipped.

   

  1. Standard Delivery :

     $2.95 for subtotals less than $10

     $4.50 for subtotals between $10 - $49.99,

     $5.50 for subtotals between $50 - $99.99,

     $6.50 for subtotals between $100 - $199.99,

     Contact us for any subtotals over $200.

  2. Express Delivery : You can take advantage of our express delivery when you order by 12 noon CST, for in-stock items. Next day (add $19.00), 2nd day (add $15.00), and 3rd day (add $7.50).
     
     
  3. Online Services : Any difference between the Standard Delivery costs above and our online services will be refunded to our customers at their request.
     
     
• Gift Certificates and Gift Boxes

  Who doesn't love a gift certificate? Send her one from us, and let her choose her own favorite design. Also, if you're sending a gift, may we suggest one of our elegant gift boxes, available at a nominal additional charge of $1.50.

• Exchange and Return Policy

  We are concerned about your total satisfaction. Please let us know within 10 days for any discrepancy. Any items may be returned for credit/exchange or refunded within 15 days from the package's post-marked date.  We will credit your original payment method minus shipping and handling charges. Mail securely wrapped packages via secure US Post Office to:

  You can expect your refund or exchange within four weeks from the time you mailed your return back to us. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.

  In case of diamonds & precious stones, you will be charged of a credit card fees & shipping & handling charges, unless otherwise agreed upon by Tiada Jewelry. Items are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation. With diamonds & precious stones, the returned merchandise must be accompanied by original copy of the matching and/or identifying certificate(s). Returns not accompanied by all original documentation will not be accepted an no refund will be offered. All items must be in new and unworn condition without having been re-sized or altered by you in any way. Merchandise will be inspected prior to any credit given.
